Tables can be booked online for up to 6 persons starting two months in advance.

If you have any special dietary restrictions of allergies, please leave us a note in the ‘Comments’ field when you book your table.

Reservations for parties of 7 or more can only be made by telephone or email.
We will look into the possibilities for that date together with you and discuss the menu. At Carcasse, we have a particular fondness for dishes that can be shared, so that everyone at the table can serve themselves as they please.
